I was away from all types of nasal sprays, but all natural nasal sprays are mainly salt and water. Nasal sprays containing chemicals (with pad) can cause a severe form of congestion over time. I'm sorry to have aerosols for many years in the past, now suffers from constant nasal congestion, I am now breathe a little "mouth" I have to use your nasal spray while you eat, it's almost impossible to eat and breathe the same time, as I do. Try to take more fluids, sore throat may also from dehydration. I do not want a nasal spray that does not work. The nasal sprays can also cause infections if used long term.
