How do you calculate the number of minutes for noise exposure? - osha noise standard

I need to know how () in simple terms, the number of minutes that a worker is calculated to be exposed to an SPL 107dB weighted too. The OSHA PEL is 90 dB with a conversion rate of 5?

Not calculable, it is established by empirical studies and extrapolation.

I'm afraid you can not directly a formula to calculate, because the empirical data presented in tables. Search extrapolate the appropriate values and click, then a calculation can be done.
